Our Preschool Team
My name is Wydalis Ramirez, and I am honored to serve as the Center Director of Kids & Company Chickasaw. I bring more than 25 years of experience working with children and families, and throughout my career, I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible impact that quality early childhood education can have on a child’s life.
I earned my Associate in Arts (AA) degree from Valencia Community College and later obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. My education and years of experience have strengthened my understanding of child development and deepened my commitment to providing children with the care, guidance, and educational foundation they need during their most important formative years.
For me, working with children is more than a profession, it is my passion and my purpose. I believe that the early years of a child’s life are an extraordinary opportunity to build confidence, curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. I take seriously the responsibility we have to nurture and educate children in an environment where they feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to be themselves.
My philosophy is centered on providing every child with love, safety, protection, encouragement, and high-quality educational experiences. I believe that every child is unique, with their own personality, strengths, interests, and pace of development. My goal is to ensure that each child has the opportunity to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while feeling supported every step of the way.
As Center Director, I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where children feel comfortable exploring, asking questions, making discoveries, and developing new skills. I am also dedicated to supporting our teachers and staff so that they have the resources, guidance, and encouragement necessary to provide exceptional care and education every day.
I strongly believe that families are an essential part of a child’s success. Building a strong partnership between parents, teachers, caregivers, and community resources allows us to better understand each child and provide the individualized support they need. Open communication, trust, and teamwork are at the heart of the relationships I strive to build with every family in our center.
I take great pride in Kids & Company Chickasaw and in the wonderful team that works together each day to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our children and their families. It is my goal to make every family who walks through our doors feel welcomed, valued, and confident that their child is in caring and capable hands.
